New camp info.

The June 4 th. camp will now be in Columbus OH. This is a one day camp. All info is one the event tab on the aska website. (aska-karate.org)The dojo will be closed on this Saturday, also is a posting for the Papa Joe camp in October. This camp is open to kids and adults. Please see the aska website or ask your instructor for more info.

ASKA SUMMER BUDO CAMP

You will not want to miss this event. Gary Titktin, First Teacher and the second American to bring Matsubayashi Shorin-Ryu Karate to the U.S.A. will be here.

This event will be hosted by the ASKA together with Mike Hixson and Chuck Carlos.

Sensei Tiktin will be honored with a Life-Time Achievement Award. Please register early for this event as space will be limited. Full details will follow. We will be at Mohican State Park in Ohio (http://www.mohicanstatepark.org), details to follow.

Gary Tiktin, Mike Hixson, Chuck Carlos and Paul Keller will be contributing to a special Blog providing rich history stories from the past and how Karate's value continues in today's time. As Sensei Tiktin has expressed, the heart of Shorin-Ryu karate is in a single knock-out punch. Look for and contribute to the dialogue on what it takes to deliver a knock-out punch.
