Sensei Ray complete another ultrathon in Virginia this past week, this one taking just around 37 hours, wow 100 miles of running in the mountains, sounds almost impossible. Congratulations Sensei Ray you are a true warrior!!!!

KIDS TESTING

We will be holding evaluations for our kid's class Sat. Dec. 14th at 9:45 in the morning. Family and friends welcome and encouraged to attend!!!!

This weekend Sensei Ray will be testing his skills in a 100 mile run in southern OH, YES I SAID 100 MILES. Join me in wishing him the best of  luck in this ultimate test for runners.

KNIFE FIGHTING CLASS

Join us on May 20 at 7 PM with guest instructor Guru Steve D'Aurelio, for lessons and techniques from Ombak Pencak Silat.
This class will be for students holding the rank of purple belt and above and, or, by invitation from Sensei Karl.

ADULT TESTING

Adult testing will be held on April 15 at 6;15

Combat challenge

Congratulations to Dave Honzu who competed in the combat challenge in Streesboro, OH last night. Dave put forth an amazing effort, and demonstrated a high level of skill and heart. Although he did not get the win, the NAAFS listed on their FBpage it was the fight of the night.
